ABOUT ME

I’m Cal (they/them)! I’m a graphic designer, writer, and visual artist based in Northern Kentucky, currently pursuing a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Visual Communication Design. I’ve always been captivated by the intersection of art forms, particularly in how music, poetry, and design can converge to create powerful, immersive experiences that serve as functional beauty in our day to day lives. My work is rooted in a deep desire to explore the emotional and narrative potential of visual storytelling, I often draw inspiration from a variety of artistic mediums, including DIY gig posters, gothic architecture, vintage advertising ephemera, and anything else I can get my hands on. With a keen eye for design and a passion for experimentation, I’m currently collaborating with local musicians to craft custom merchandise that not only reflects the unique identity of each artist but also enhances their brand with thoughtfully crafted visuals.
